在演藝圈有「音樂氣質才女」之稱的偶像藝人許瑋倫，前晚搭乘女助理駕駛的轎車南下趕往南投拍戲途中，在中山高速公路南下三義路段發生嚴重車禍。許瑋倫到院前呼吸微弱，人已休克，雙耳滲血。醫師表示，由於許瑋倫大量失血，輸血逾1萬西西，並因腦部受重擊，昏迷指數僅最低的3分，有生命危險，未來兩周是關鍵期。
